This year's trade fair appearance is all about partnership-based cooperation and practical automation solutions. As a system integrator, ENGMATEC will be represented at the OMRON stand and will be presenting the modular automation tool “fleximate” - equipped with integrated test systems for circuit board testing.
In cooperation with three other technology partners, we will be showcasing pioneering applications for the medical technology, digital technology and eMobility/automotive sectors. ENGMATEC will be representing the automotive sector, where our systems are already being used successfully in many applications.

fleximate - Robotic workstation for flexible automation
The “fleximate” for automating a wide range of processes is the perfect overall solution for mechanics, control and material feed. The system is suitable as a stand-alone new workstation or for integration into existing production.
Visitors can immerse themselves in a wide range of configuration options and discover the advantages of the robotic workstation.
Test adapter for circuit boards
The test chamber is designed for testing modules such as Bluetooth, WLAN or LTE within a shielded, interference-free test environment. Various assemblies can be tested in high-frequency ranges from 300 MHz to 6 GHz, including products from the field of radar sensors for autonomous driving and car communication.

The robust ATX test adapter enables manual or automated testing of electronic assemblies. In combination with the “fleximate”, we demonstrate how precision and efficiency can be optimally combined in the testing process.

Together with three innovative partners, innovative solutions for the three target sectors of medical technology, digital technology and eMobility/automotive will be on display. ENGMATEC systems are often used in the automotive industry, among other sectors, which is why ENGMATEC is representing the automotive industry. The medical technology and digital technology sectors will be represented by the partner companies MartinSystems and EngRoTec.
